    ○ Presenting how to improve legal policy to  maximize the creation of new jobs and prepare for the changing employment relation in the digital economy


Ⅱ. Main Contents
▶ Collecting foreign examples related to the current state of the change in jobs and the prediction of the future, caused by the deepening of the digital economy
▶ Summarizing Korean examples related to the current state of the change in jobs and the prediction of the future, caused by the deepening of the digital economy, and analyzing how industry, production structure, labor markets and employment relation are changing, using Korean statistical data available.
▶ Collecting the trends in the legal policy related to jobs in foreign countries, caused by the deepening of the digital economy
▶ Based on the results of the analysis, presenting the direction in which legal policy related to employment and labor needs to be improved for new jobs in the digital economy

▶ Contributing to systematic preparation for a huge challenge by pointing out how to improve legal policy for new jobs in the digital economy
