KLRI Conducts "Let's Do It Together: Urban-Rural Mutual Growth Volunteer Service - Rural Labor Assistance"

The Korea Legislation Research Institute (President Yeong-soo Han) conducted the "2025 Let's Do It Together: Urban-Rural Mutual Growth Volunteer Service - Rural Labor Assistance" activity on Monday, April 28, 2025, in the Nulwang-ri area of Yeongi-myeon, Sejong Special Self-Governing City.
  
This volunteer activity was organized to support local farms facing labor shortages during the busy farming season and to practice the value of urban-rural mutual growth.
  
President Yeong-soo Han, along with Vice President Soon-tae Lee, Director of the Department of Planning and Management Jong-cheon Kim, Director of Legislative Innovation Hyun-sook Cha, and Head of the Office of Management Support Eun-kyung Kang, participated alongside other institute staff to assist with rice seedling tray work (including planting rice seeds).
  
President Yeong-soo Han stated, “I am pleased to participate in sharing and practicing the precious values of rural communities,” adding, “We will strive to become a research institute that stands with the people through diverse social contribution activities.”
  
KLRI plans to continue fulfilling its social responsibility through ongoing social contribution activities with the local community.
