The 3rd ALIN Global Leaders in Law Forum

The KLRI (President Kim Yoo Hwan) invited Mr. Marc Spitzkaz, the Asian region director of the <Rule of Law Programme> under the initiative of Konrad Adenauer Stiftung to hold the 3rd ALIN Global Leaders in Law Forum.
Mr. Marc Spitzkaz, the main presenter, introduced the <Rule of Law Programme> for the Asian region and explained the areas where the programme has been applied with its sub-topics on constitutionalism, division of powers, integration of rights, and their historical backgrounds. He also emphasized the importance of environmental law.
