KLRI-KACPTA Signed an MOU for Bilateral Cooperation
 
Korea Legislation Research Institute (KLRI, President Kye-Hong Kim) and Korean Association of Certified Public Tax Accountants (KACPTA, President Kyeong-Hei Won) held an MOU at the conference room of Korean Association of Certified Public Tax Accountants on April 29 (Fri).
 
Major agreements include ▲ joint research on specific areas such as tax law, tax system, and the rational operation direction of administration, ▲ co-hosting academic conferences such as seminar and workshop, ▲ joint exchange of academic information and publications, ▲ human exchange such as having research council and advisory committee of research projects and dispatch of researchers ▲ joint commissioned research service and result report, and the appointment of external review members.
 
In the ceremony, Kye-Hong Kim, KLRI President, Che-Soo Im, KACPTA Vice Chairman  (attending on behalf of Kyeong-Hei Won, President) attended along with Hyun-Cheol Kang, KLRI Vice President, Hyun-Sook Cha, Director of the Innovative Legislation Projects Division, Hyo-Hwan Kim, full-time vice chairman and Shin-Eon Kim, Director of the Korean Association of Certified Public Tax Accountants.
 
KACPTA which was established in 1961, is the only organization specializing in tax and economy and have been conducting various projects to protect taxpayers’ rights and interests, facilitate tax administration, comply with tax accountants' obligations and improve dignity.
 
With taking this MOU as an opportunity, the two organizations will join forces to establish an organic business cooperation system to improve research results in the tax and legal fields, and further to improve the national legal culture and protect the rights of the people.
