KLRI held the 13th Regulatory Innovation Legislation Forum

Korea Legislation Research Institute (KLRI, President Kye-Hong Kim) held the 13th Regulatory Innovation Legislation Forum under the theme of “The Advent of the New Finance Service and Regulatory Innovation” at conference room of Korea Broadcast Center on September 7th (Wed, 1:30 p.m.).
Regulatory Innovation Legislation Forum has been serving as a venue for experts to discuss major legislative issues on regulatory innovation and the 13th forum was also broadcasted online through KLRI’s Youtube channel.
The forum, which was organized to discuss regulatory innovation measures in the finance sector, was attended by financial legal experts from the industry, research and legal circles who presented and discussed on ▲ Digital Asset (DeFi) ▲ Fractional Share Investing ▲ Small Deferred Payments.
KLRI has been conducting legislative research on rapid improvement of regulation that undermine the growth of new industries and new technologies, regulatory reform of major industries for strengthening national competitiveness, and improvement of follow-up laws with regard to regulatory sandboxes.
