On 30th of May, the KLRI (President Kim Yoo Hwan) invited professor Patricia Goedde as lecturer, and held the 3rd Global Law Colloquium.
Professor Goedde gave a lecture on ‘Mobilizing a Refugee Law Clinic in South Korea: A New Forum for Human Rights Lawyering’ and introduced organizations and networks of lawyers working for the common goods and human rights. She also introduced present conditions of the organizations and their relief activities in Korea.
The KLRI is inviting experts from many fields and holding Global Law Colloquium on a monthly basis to improve researchers' English communication skill. The next lecturer is an American lawyer Mr. Andrew W. Keller from the Se-Jong Law Firm scheduled to take place on June 21st.
