KLRI : KOREA LEGISLATION RESEARCH INSTITUTE

KLRI invited Ma Huaide, the vice president of China University of Political Science and Law and held the KLRI Global Leaders in Law Forum on the 11th of the June.
Vice president Ma gave a presentation on <Progress in Chinese Administrative Law>. He explained the efforts Chinese government has made to reform the system of administrative law since 2004. Vice president Ma suggested on promoting law-abiding spirit, building up law enforcement, improving the legislation system driven by the government sector, and fairness of judical sector as top priority tasks of the Chinese government.

At the end of the presentation, vice president Ma stated that he hopes to keep continuous scientific exchanges between the KLRI and China University of Political Science and Law. The KLRI and China University of Political Science and Law recently signed an MOU for scientific exchange.
