KLRI and Kyungpook National University Sign MOU to Enhance Legislative Research

The Korea Legislation Research Institute (President Yeong-soo Han) and Kyungpook National University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Thursday, June 5th, at 2:00 PM in Conference Room 1 of the Main Building of Kyungpook National University to strengthen academic and research exchanges between the two institutions.
Through this agreement, the two institutions plan to jointly pursue practical cooperation projects in various fields, including: ▲ Joint research and project collaboration to invigorate legal research ▲ Co-hosting academic conferences, forums, seminars, etc., for information exchange ▲ Mutual sharing of academic materials and knowledge information.
Meanwhile, following the signing ceremony, Yeong-soo Han, President of the Korea Legislation Research Institute, delivered a special lecture to students of the School of Public Administration at Kyungpook National University. During the lecture, he explained the role of legal systems in responding to the AI era and the direction of change in administrative law, while introducing the KILR's major research projects.
A Q&A session with students was held at the end of the lecture, featuring lively discussions on various topics including ▲the current legal status of personal mobility devices ▲the limitations of the current law school system and directions for improvement.
President Yeong-soo Han of the Korea Legislation Research Institute stated, “This agreement will further strengthen communication with the talents who will lead the future legislative environment and serve as an opportunity to build a more advanced research foundation.” He added, “I hope today's special lecture will provide practical help to students in designing their career paths in the field of policy and legislation.”
