Memorandum of Understanding between KLRI and KIAST

Korea Legislation Research Institute (KLRI) (President Kye-Hong Kim) and Korea Institute of Aviation Safety and Technology (KIAST) (President Yeon-Myung Kim) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on April 28 (Wed.) in an effort to develop Korea's aviation safety technology industry and strengthen aviation safety.
  
Major items agreed include mutual consultation on research projects and pending issues; joint research on sharing, analyzing, and utilizing aviation safety data; and exchange of research data and human resources.
 
“I hope that we take this opportunity to make the best use of aviation safety data to conduct systematic legal research,” said KLRI president Kim.
 
“We have completed a significant agreement which connected KLRI in humanitarian field and KIAST in sceitnfici field. I look forward to the synergy this MoU would bring to us,” said KIAST president Yeon-Myung Kim.
 
With the signing of the MoU, the two organizations laid a foundation for cooperation and would continue research in this field including efficient aviation safety data management.
