KLRI held the 51th Legislative Policy Forum

Korea Legislation Research Institute (KLRI, President Kye-Hong Kim) held the 51th Legislative Policy Forum under the theme of “Energy Policy Direction of the New Government”, inviting Il-Jun Park, 2nd Vice Minister of Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy at Salon 1&2&3(3F) of JW Mariott Hotel on October 28th (Wed, 7am).
Il-Jun Park, the 2nd Vice Minister started his speech explaining the energy policy trends of major countries including United Kingdom, Germany and France after the Russia-Ukraine crisis and presented the vision and main contents of the Korean government’s energy policy direction.
He also explained the plans to advance the climate change response system such as implementation of RE100 and protection measures for the energy vulnerable.
Meanwhile, KLRI has been holding the Legislative Policy Forum inviting experts in various fields to share the legislative performance and seek for new legislative tasks. So far, specialists in various fields along with Nak-In Seong, former President of Seoul National University, Jae-Chul Yoo, Vince Minister of the Environment, Seung-Woo Son, President of Korea Institute of Intellectual Property have attended and remarked on various topics.
