KLRI invited Dean of National Taiwan University College of Law for Expert Special Lecture

Korea Legislation Research Institute (KLRI, President Yeong-soo Han) invited Professor Huang-Yu Wang (Dean of National Taiwan University College of Law) as a speaker and held Special Lecture by Overseas Legal Expert in the KLRI conference room on December 18 (Mon.).
The lecture under the theme of ‘Taiwan's Trade Secret Law’ was planned to introduce Taiwan’s trade secret law and current status and to discuss the direction of development.
Professor Huang-Yu Wang explained in detail the penal provisions of the Trade Secret Act and emphasized that criminal law using as an instrument is not a positive direction.
Meanwhile, KLRI invites overseas legal experts for research collaboration and exchange to explore and discuss global legal issues.
