The forum began with opening remarks from KLRI President Han Young-soo, followed by a welcome address from Austin Parrish, Dean of UCI Law School, and congratulatory remarks from Richard Lee, Judge of the Orange County Superior Court. The forum then proceeded with presentations and discussions.
